Installation of ✌️ packages went relatively smoothly yesterday. We saw both queens alive and noticed their abdomenons are much longer than those of the workers. By the time she (they) return(s) from mating flights in about a week or two it‘ll be even easier to spot em amongst the regular bees as almost doubles her abdomenal length with all the genetic material she’ll have collected, enough for a lifetime.
